The company keeps small pets, so when work stress gets overwhelming, you can go outside and observe mosquito larvae in a bucket, which is soothing for the mind and body; the company also offers the spectacular sight of “viewed horizontally, it becomes a mountain ridge; viewed from the side, a mountain peak”—truly a little National Palace Museum located in Shilin District 🥳
1. Even for making the slightest mistake, the boss will call you into his car. Regardless of his driving skills, the first thing the boss asks when you get in is: “Do you know why I asked you to get in the car?” He then starts emotionally manipulating you, and after lecturing you, begins berating other colleagues ☺️
2. Things are often delivered to vendors late, and projects are frequently fined because of late delivery. He never admits his own mistakes; instead, after the deadline has passed, he dumps the work on employees without telling them the deadline, then summons them for a harsh scolding, claiming that he worked overtime to finish it that night—only for it to later be discovered that he did not complete it at all ☺️
3. He assigns an impossible project. The employee works hard to complete it, but in the end, without informing anyone, he makes the project disappear. It was only after the employee proactively asked the organizer that they learned the project had never been submitted at all ☺️
4. His personal habits are extremely poor; people with mysophobia are not suited to this workplace! He is very good at making all kinds of watery, wave-like sounds with his mouth. Socks and trash are always scattered throughout the office. After finishing a cup of coffee, he does not throw it into the trash can, but instead places it on top of the trash can. The restroom is also a sight capable of inducing vomiting ☺️
5. He often complains about employees and takes credit for their achievements ☺️
6. You have to ask for your pay slip yourself, and the information on it is extremely unclear
