Pros
The pantry has lots of food, as well as drinks and coffee, so you don’t have to worry about starving.
Cons
HR turnover is very high—someone you meet today may be gone tomorrow. The more senior HR staff are very manipulative; when chatting, they keep fishing for private information, which is really annoying.
