Pros
Snacks and drinks are generously provided
The work environment is very good
The salary is decent
Cons
Other departments repeatedly make the same mistakes, and Customer Service is always left to clean up the mess.
Other departments always act as if they have done nothing wrong—after all, Customer Service will handle it.
There is no point in reporting this vicious cycle to supervisors.
