Large company system, stable work.
- A certain employee surnamed Liu within the company (with a big belly and slightly balding), who is related to a supervisor, behaves badly, bullies new employees, and is also very lazy. Because his father is a relative, no one dares to reprimand him, but in fact everyone is only superficially friendly with him.
- The company requires overtime every day, and the overtime pay is very little. After working for ten years, even the money needed to see a doctor could not be fully covered by the overtime pay.
- The supervisor manages poorly and protects his own people (employees who praise him to the skies, as well as his immature, balding, beloved relative).
He turns a blind eye to those who praise him while they slack off, but other employees are called into the office and scolded for merely saying a few words.
- Once you join the company, if you do not flatter a certain supervisor and the bald, overweight younger brother Liu, you can forget about getting promoted or receiving a raise. You may even be maliciously attacked or framed, and could also be ostracized by other colleagues.
- The company's work environment is very poor; you should really think it over.
