The colleagues are easy to get along with, and basically everyone is nice.
They will also teach you, so if you want to learn something, you can give it a try.
The company is terrible, the equipment is very old, and working in the maintenance unit is extremely exhausting. There is a ridiculous amount of overtime, but very little overtime pay. On top of that, the bonus is tied to the company’s revenue; if the company loses money, they directly deduct it from your bonus. By the way, the bonus makes up half of your total compensation. The base salary is low, and they can deduct your bonus without taking any responsibility. It’s a large company run by an exploitative employer.
