The Japanese general manager in Taiwan is very polite, and Japanese employees assigned abroad rotate every few years.
Perhaps because there are relatively few employees, the company seems to hope that staff maintain friendly relationships with one another, so it places a lot of importance on language skills and personal characteristics.
There are no longer the sarcastic remarks mentioned in previous reviews.
Although the salary structure is somewhat delicate, those seeking a high salary may want to consider it~
The company may also know that its online reputation is very poor, but it does not seem to have any intention of improving it.
It was the most diverse(?) interview process I have ever experienced.
Written Japanese test, written test on professional subjects, interview with the Japanese general manager in Taiwan, a one-day job experience, and a remote interview with Japanese management.
Upon joining, you also need to provide photocopies of the identification cards of two work guarantors, although I know some traditional Taiwanese companies still require this...
They do not want employees to take leave casually and will ask about their romantic relationship status.
I wonder whether what people say online—that female employees who become pregnant are dismissed or transferred to dispatch work—is true?
In short, for Taiwanese people, it should be full of red flags~ haha
