The Japanese general manager in Taiwan is very polite, and Japanese employees stationed overseas rotate every few years.
Perhaps because there are relatively few employees, the company seems to want employees to maintain friendly relationships with one another, so it places great importance on language skills and personal qualities.
There are no longer the sarcastic remarks mentioned in previous reviews.
Although the salary structure is somewhat delicate, those seeking a high salary may want to consider it~
The company may also know that its online reputation is very poor, but it does not seem to have any intention of improving it.
It was the most diverse(?) interview process I have ever experienced.
Written Japanese test, written professional-subject test, interview with the Japanese general manager in Taiwan, one-day job experience, and remote interview with Japanese management.
When joining the company, you also need to provide photocopies of the IDs of two employment guarantors, although I know some traditional Taiwanese companies still require this...
They do not want employees to take leave casually and will ask about their relationship status.
I wonder whether what people say online—that female employees who become pregnant are dismissed or transferred to temporary positions—is true?
In short, for Taiwanese people, it should be a minefield in every respect~ hehe
