The Japanese general manager in Taiwan is very courteous, and Japanese employees on assignment are rotated every few years.
Perhaps because there are relatively few employees, the company seems to hope that staff members maintain friendly relationships with one another, so it places a lot of importance on language skills and personal qualities.
There are no longer the sarcastic remarks mentioned in previous reviews.
Although the salary structure is a little nuanced, those seeking high pay may want to consider it~
The company may also know that its online reputation is very poor, but it doesn’t seem to have any intention of improving it.
This was the most diverse(?) interview process I have ever experienced.
Japanese written test, professional-subject written test, interview with the Japanese general manager in Taiwan, one-day job experience, remote interview with Japanese management
Upon joining the company, you also need to provide photocopies of the ID cards of two employment guarantors, although I know some traditional Taiwanese industries still require this...
They don’t want employees to take leave freely and will ask about their romantic relationship status.
I don’t know whether what people say online about female employees being dismissed or transferred to temporary employment after becoming pregnant is true.
Anyway, for Taiwanese people, it should be a minefield in all sorts of ways~ haha
