The worst interview experience ever. Before the interview, they asked me to prepare a self-introduction PowerPoint presentation. On the day of the interview, the manager was late. That alone would have been understandable.
Then, after I finished introducing myself, the manager told me that this was a senior-level position and that I was still too inexperienced.... He also said that, unfortunately, someone had already been hired for the position yesterday and had just started that day. He asked whether I still wanted to continue listening. Since my time had already been wasted, of course I continued listening.
Come on, you were the ones who sent me the interview invitation for this job!!!! Could you please get your act together? If you had already found someone, couldn't you have notified me in advance? You completely disrespected the job candidate!!!!
The HR representative even said that the new hire had just started and they weren't sure how he was doing—are you looking for a backup candidate⋯⋯
And the most ridiculous part is that, later that same day after the interview, they sent me another interview invitation. I was completely baffled!
