The worst interview experience ever. Before the interview, they asked me to prepare a self-introduction PowerPoint presentation. On the day of the interview, the manager was late—which would have been fine on its own.

Then, after I finished introducing myself, the manager revealed that this was actually a senior-level position and that I was still too inexperienced…. The position had unfortunately already been filled yesterday, and the new hire had just started today. They asked whether I still wanted to continue listening… Since they had already wasted my time, of course I continued listening.

Seriously, you were the ones who sent me the interview invitation for this job!!!! Get your act together, will you? If you had already found someone, couldn’t you have informed me beforehand? You completely disrespected the job candidate!!!!

The HR representative even said that the new hire had only just started, so they weren’t sure how he was performing. Were you looking for a backup candidate…?

And the most ridiculous thing is that on the very same day after the interview, they sent me another interview invitation. I was completely baffled!
