A place to train your patience and steel your will. After spending 2–3 years here, you’ll have strong patience even when you encounter a terrible company outside. You don’t need professional knowledge—if you can bluff and flatter the lazy, you’ll survive well! The boss will provide big cakes; employee uniforms are provided, and half of the year-end bonus is exchanged for shares.

I can’t think of any advantages. There are no systems or rules—the boss is the rule! The company is very strange 🤔. You’re not allowed to discuss the prices of the company’s own products properly; often, people on the same side fight each other. Instead of uniting against external enemies, they fight among themselves first! The PMs are all friends or relatives of the general manager brought in through procurement, so their professionalism is questionable; everyone puts on an act and deceives each other.

The environment is noisy, with shouting all day long, and even the assistants speak extremely loudly... The atmosphere is very strange. When problems arise, people deflect them; ask fewer questions, or you’ll get dirty looks and be seen as causing trouble. When there’s little to do, there’s so little to do that you can play video games with headphones on, watch stocks, sleep, shop online, or chat. When it’s busy, you work past 7–8 p.m. every day or rush work on weekends. There are always forms that never get finished, and meetings are held all day long. Shouldn’t salespeople focus on how to conduct business and achieve results? Also, if you have connections, nothing is a problem. Simply put, hardworking and conscientious employees are used to support those who steal their salaries! The capable are overworked!

The company uniform is hard to describe. After putting it on, you’ll unconsciously look for a jacket. Summer is here—sigh 😮‍💨

The workplace is divided into two buildings. One is Shuangquan Electronics, now renamed “Shuangquan International Co., Ltd.” The environment is dim and yellowish, and the atmosphere is poor (Building B). The other is the Nile River subsidiary (Building C). The new environment is better and more spacious, but the work mood isn’t any better; it’s just as frustrating!
