Actually, I just want to describe what happened.
The day after receiving my year-end bonus, I submitted my resignation and filled out the paperwork.
After the department manager asked about it, I spoke with the next-level supervisor.
I told the supervisor that I was resigning because I was moving, and the supervisor agreed.
Since the Lunar New Year was only a few days away, I used my compensatory leave and annual leave,
which happened to meet the number of days required under the company’s resignation policy.
After using up my leave, I no longer needed to return to the company.
Now, due to family reasons, I have moved back to my hometown.
I asked a colleague to inquire about it, and I never would have expected this:
According to what my colleague relayed, they actually said I was heartless and that I hadn’t told them anything.
It also seems that the company may have blacklisted me on 104, so I can’t be matched with them.
I don’t know whether the supervisor was too busy and forgot, or if it was something else…
From beginning to end, they only asked me the reason and never tried to persuade me to stay.
Maybe they were afraid that I would raise my price if they tried to retain me, haha. The Lunar New Year was approaching.
They also never asked me to give the company more time to adjust or stay for a few more weeks.
Of course, once my resignation date arrived, I naturally stopped going to the company.
I explained the reason from beginning to end, and I also complied with the company’s policies.
Why say that I’m heartless? They’re being incredibly resentful.
I was a little tired from moving back and forth, so I casually asked a colleague to inquire about it.
I had always assumed that I hadn’t performed poorly at my former employer.
I never expected that, after asking, I would find out that I had been blacklisted long ago, haha.
You can live a quiet, uneventful life on-site.
