None. Just pathetic.
1. The company’s internal rules keep changing, and there isn’t a single standardized SOP process. When you want to ask questions, no one seems willing to answer; they all pretend not to know anything. (You could say this company has no such thing as an SOP—it all depends on the boss’s mood.
2. The boss loves talking nonsense and keeps going on about incomprehensible, nonsensical things.
3. Even bereavement leave gets challenged and denied; they don’t follow the Labor Standards Act at all.
4. During the interview, they make it sound good, saying that good performance will lead to a salary increase. But they never increase your salary—your workload just keeps getting heavier.
5. The managers are all parachuted in. They know nothing when asked questions and are extremely good at shifting responsibility and work onto others.
