Your supervisor will give you endless work, but your pay won't increase.
I worked in the company's production and manufacturing department and only resigned two weeks ago. The manufacturing team leader is unpopular and in poor health, so you end up doing all the work. He also has a special talent for driving away every assistant. Sometimes he tells you obscure bits of knowledge; other times he says he has dealt with all the difficult tasks. He will casually move two barrels of materials and then say he needs to rest. He is the most senior employee and a veteran of the company, but no one at the company is familiar with him. He also constantly boasts about having more than a decade of experience, when in reality it is only entry-level production work that can be learned in three or four months if you take it seriously. The main issue is that the monthly salary is under 30,000, and there is no raise after the probationary period. That incompetent supervisor earns more than you, but you really can't figure out what he is busy with. Some time ago, he developed high blood pressure after receiving the AZ vaccine, so he has to visit the hospital regularly for follow-up appointments. You do all the work alone. Sometimes he comes in, but you end up feeling that it would be better if he didn't.
