【Those who are going for an interview or starting work, remember to read these cautionary articles. If you have relatives or friends who want to submit a résumé or have received an offer, please remember to remind them to read these articles and comments as well. I have been away from the company for some time, but I still hear former colleagues who remain employed sharing all kinds of horror stories every day.】
The professional manager hired by the company is an extremely emotional person. As stated in the previous reviews, this is absolutely no exaggeration! According to the departments that have to get projects approved: the boss has different ideas every day, while the professional manager herself applies double standards. You do not need to have particularly strong abilities; you only need to know how to flatter these two people. The two of them also frequently disagree. Projects are constantly going through approval all year round, 365 days a year. The staff handling one particular channel are replaced almost every month, and every day feels like being on an endless train, repeating the same cycle over and over. The boss’s words are like an imperial edict: whatever the boss says, the professional manager absolutely dares not say no. Before proposals are submitted, this professional manager always says that she will take responsibility for any problems. In the end, whenever the boss makes a suggestion, she can only say yes, yes, yes, followed by endlessly criticizing and reviewing the employees.
Employees in certain departments selectively choose whether to be friendly toward colleagues, simply based on whether they think you have a close relationship with the professional manager or the boss. This makes the processes even more difficult to carry out and is extremely baffling.
They make it sound very good by saying that overtime is paid, but projects are often nitpicked and completely rejected, whether they reach the professional manager or the boss. It is an everyday occurrence. Who can apply? Who dares to apply? Raising the matter with upper management only leads to endless psychological manipulation. At the time, it feels as though you have entered another dimension where it is impossible to argue back, and then you continue being sent into approval hell.
I urge anyone considering joining to evaluate the opportunity carefully!!!
