Located on the first floor, so there are no stairs to climb.
(1) The company has no prospects for development. The boss and his wife are constantly focused on small, immediate gains, and will spend a lot of money to save a small amount. There are problems with financial management, including instances of delayed salary and labor insurance payments. Employees are not informed in advance; they are only notified on the evening of payday, without being asked whether they agree.
(2) The boss lacks ability and is stubborn and self-righteous. However, whenever something goes wrong, he completely shifts the blame and responsibility away from himself.
(3) The boss’s wife is capable in business, but blindly follows and idolizes the boss. As a result, some projects that could clearly have made money instead end up operating at a loss.
(4) The company environment is poor, like a warehouse. Smelly socks and used tissues are thrown all over the floor. There is only one restroom, and the boss occupies it frequently. After using the restroom, he does not flush away the mess properly, so going in there can often be a shock.
(5) During the interview, they said the company mainly handled projects related to arts and culture, but after actually joining, the reality was completely different. I later discovered that the boss says this in every interview to attract applicants’ interest.
(6) The company’s compensation and benefits are average, and it tests the limits of what is legally permissible. The violations are difficult to document and therefore difficult to report.
Finally
The boss is involved in politics. If he discovers that someone’s political stance differs from his, he will lose his temper :)
