Hoping to reduce the number of victims. Staff are divided into two groups: family members and externally recruited employees. Externally recruited employees either end up being brainwashed by the company culture or retain their own sanity and tough it out. There are also a few externally recruited employees who are kind and easy to get along with, but very, very few.
As long as the person at fault is a family member, they can be protected from the consequences. Praise outweighs the drawbacks; the company’s operations are in poor condition, and externally recruited employees are blamed whenever something goes wrong. Alternatively, supervisors may manipulate opinions behind the scenes and sow discord, causing a particular employee to be ostracized.
Although the rhetoric used when brainwashing employees sounds lofty and contains no negative wording—a rather sophisticated tactic—kind-hearted external employees can still fall for it. I recommend that you spend more time observing, listening, and thinking things through. Some supervisors and longtime employees are exceptionally skilled at putting on a show. Don’t let the company control your thoughts and behavior. It is normal for people’s hearts to be difficult to fathom, but you should keep your eyes open and see clearly when people are malicious. The employee turnover rate is high, and the company is dictatorial and authoritarian: obedience matters more than professionalism; people trade on seniority, are superficial, suspicious and distrustful, bully others through their power, and stubbornly cling to outdated practices. They believe that employees who leave are unworthy of the company culture, while praising their own side as wonderful.
