The environment at the site of the initial interview was extremely poor—noisy, immature kids—the HR staff were at least polite.
The second interview required a video call and an impromptu work sample, with only one day to complete it. After I submitted it, I was subjected to a man who called himself the Chief Operating Officer
repeatedly going on about how he had worked at IBM and making other nonsensical remarks. (If you’re so nostalgic about IBM, why are you still at You Shi Nong drinking poisonous farmers’ products?) The whole process was already half an hour late,
but instead of letting it go, he still acted arrogantly. Honestly, it felt like a company that was just messing around.
A dirty and rude environment
