I really rack my brain and still can't think of anything…

The inside is a complete mess.

The turnover rate is insanely high!

I don't know how many hundreds of people have cycled through each managerial position.

Every time someone is replaced, the policies change.

Everyone is forced to accept them.

If you don't accept them, you're told to leave or are laid off.

The boss is easily swayed and has no ability to make sound judgments.

Employees who work hard and take their jobs seriously go unnoticed.

As long as you know how to flatter people and have a better relationship with the boss,

you can climb very, very high.

In the end, only lousy managers and a bunch of incompetent people who cling to the company remain.

No wonder the company never improves.

It keeps going downhill.

The only way to save sales is by starting to offer discounts and incentives.

Aren't you supposed to be so capable that you never engage in price wars??

I'm advising anyone thinking of joining not to waste your time!!!
