Filling out the résumé and taking the TOEIC test. The first interview was with the manager, who seemed like a nice person. They asked about my reason for leaving and introduced the company’s products and internal organization. Finally, they asked me to introduce myself in English. The second interview was with HR/personnel. During the background-check process, they repeatedly appeared troubled and even rolled their eyes at one point. In all my past interviews, I had never encountered an interviewer with such a poor attitude.
The HR/personnel representative in the second interview left an extremely bad impression.
