The company's ideas for cutting benefits are quite creative. Today they announced that going forward, employees who attend meetings in the meeting room will get a lunchbox, while the other half, who are assigned to attend the meeting from their seats, won't get one. Are these employees not attending a meeting, or are they animals?
Benefits keep getting cut. Last time, it was finally our turn as frontline engineers to lose the NT$1,000 cash gift for the three traditional festivals. NT$1,000 was already too little, and now we're being forced to take a Mama Bear gift box instead, which isn't even worth NT$1,000. It's really damn infuriating.
