Recently, every department in the company except the factory departments has had to take turns supporting the factory as production technicians.
At first, we thought it was just a temporary response to urgent shipping needs—but it turned out to be the beginning of a nightmare. It has been going on for nearly two months now.
A publicly listed company can't even find enough operators, so everyone has to take turns working as operators. What a joke.
At least some department managers are willing to come down and take turns with everyone else.
As for some department managers, they absolutely refuse to go—perhaps they're afraid of getting their hands dirty. They act so high and mighty... all they can do is talk.
