The colleagues are very nice and willing to help newcomers. You can ask questions whenever you have them. There are lots of activities, and the environment is pretty good. It’s just tiring having to clean the restrooms and handle recycling.
The project schedules are extremely tight—so tight that you almost have to work overtime every day to finish (it’s a responsibility-based system). Stay for a while and take a look at how the veterans live, and you’ll understand. The managers are very fond of emotional manipulation, believing that you should devote everything to work just as they do. It’s a company that trains you to be submissive. Here, if you think it’s normal not to work overtime, you’ll be treated like a weirdo! They’ll even try to indoctrinate you. But you really can learn things here—it depends on whether you can accept it.
