百泰齊股份有限公司
Pros

Can't think of any.

Cons

1. The workday ends at 5 p.m., but overtime pay only starts being calculated at 6. However, no one is really taking a break or eating between 5 and 6 because the supervisor is sitting right behind or beside you. There is a lot of overtime, and many people work beyond their scheduled hours, yet the overtime pay is not much (because it only starts being calculated at 6, okay?! You already get an hour-long lunch break at noon, so I don't understand why there needs to be another hour-long break in the afternoon. Most companies only take half an hour for a meal break, right?!)

2. Work is distributed unevenly. If you're a little more capable, you'll work yourself to death. Even though you're in procurement, you may have to take on plant-affairs assistant duties; even though you're a security guard, you may have to handle on-site administrative work. There are far too many problems like this. Basically, whenever someone resigns, the colleague next to them has to take on a pile of duties unrelated to their own expertise!

3. The company has no cohesion, and people come and go constantly!

After staying for a while, you completely understand why everyone resigns. All the drawbacks of traditional industries are present here!

4. They keep saying they don't discriminate against Vietnamese employees, but their various actions, including the supervisor's remarks, make the discrimination obvious. It's all just a pretense, and it's disgusting.

You can learn things here if that's what you want.

But you'll be exhausted to death and still won't make much money—that's how it is.
