The company provides desks and chairs
Extremely low salary
Bonuses are subjected to extremely strict scrutiny using a whole bunch of reasons and conditions, and then you have to wait a very, very, very long time to receive them. The main point is that it’s only “NT$1,500” anyway, as if it would cost the boss and his wife their lives
Before it was time to have the year-end banquet, they said “the pandemic is not scary at all,” but when it was time to have the banquet, it became “it’s too serious, it’s so scary!” and they changed it to everyone eating extremely cheap boxed meals at the company
The boss and his wife are members of the “Alliance of Religious Groups for the Love of Families”
They treat employees to drinks but stipulate that no one may order anything costing more than NT$50 (may I ask what kind of hand-shaken drink you can get nowadays for under NT$50?)
