The entire interview was fairly smooth, covering my self-introduction and a discussion of the technologies I had used previously. The interviewer asked about my thoughts on the job and would plan future career development from an engineer’s perspective. According to the interviewer, the annual salary adjustment is not insignificant and is mainly based on each person’s growth.
It felt like the company takes engineers’ needs into consideration, with relatively open management. The manager and the team members introduced were all fairly young.
Suitable for people who have their own ideas. If you want to advance and continue learning in your career, it may be worth giving it a try.
The company is still developing and is a small company. According to the interviewer, it has approximately 60–70 employees.
The work consists of both on-site assignments and company projects, so you need to be able to accommodate the company’s arrangements.
