A non-managerial colleague was very courteous when assisting with the interview.
When I arrived outside the company, there was no doorbell. The door was left open, but no one responded when I called out. I called the contact person, who then said that someone could just go straight in. Once inside, there were two employees sitting nearby using their computers⋯
The job posting offered a salary of over 40,000, but they offered me a salary beginning with 30, a full 10,000 less. They also said there was a sales commission bonus from the e-commerce platform. Shouldn't a so-called bonus be an additional reward on top of the base salary?! They actually expect a graphic/visual designer to shoulder the e-commerce sales performance and earn their own base salary⋯ Do I look like I applied for a marketing or sales position?
