Suitable for people who are willing to accept challenges, do not care about salary, do not mind an extremely heavy workload, and like being subjected to workplace PUA.
1. Salary:
During the interview, they tell you that the annual salary is paid over 15 months, but in reality, your expected salary is paid in 15 installments. (Your expected salary can at most be negotiated to just a little more than your previous salary.) When you reach November, they find an excuse, saying that xx does not like you, and require you to meet N conditions within one month. The first condition is to complete 50 reports; failure to meet it results in being fired. The lost year-end bonus cannot be prorated based on your length of service.
2. Workload:
Extremely heavy. The salary is no higher than at the previous company, while the workload is three times greater.
