The second-round interview invitation came very quickly (the day after the first-round interview).
1. Applicants are asked to complete two personality tests before the interview, but the tests have low discriminatory power. Later, when I asked during the interview how the personality tests were used and to what extent they were taken into consideration, the interviewer said that they also thought the tests were useless and had no reference value (then why make applicants waste time filling them out???).
2. The online interview started late. I proactively called the contact person, and both the contact person and the interviewer said they had been so busy that they forgot. After joining the call, the interviewer did not turn on the camera and gave no particular explanation. I felt disrespected.
3. The interviewer had been given the wrong résumé (I was interviewing for a position in a management unit, but the interviewer said the résumé they had contained experience and background related to engineering positions). The internal processes were chaotic.
4. The interview questions were extremely unfocused, and the interviewer also did not seem to understand the expertise required for the position.
5. There was another management position listed on 104 at the same time (I applied for a regular position), but throughout the interview, the interviewer discussed the job duties of the management position with me, seemingly unable to figure out which position I had applied for.
6. Sometimes two different contacts would send me almost identical emails at the same time.
Overall, I felt that many of the internal processes and divisions of responsibility were extremely chaotic and unprofessional. They could not even figure out which position they were interviewing me for, and they also lacked a basic sense of punctuality. A total nightmare!
