When you arrive, ask the security guard to notify HR, and someone from HR will come down to escort you upstairs.
First, you fill out some forms. After that, HR conducts an interview, mainly about your past experience.
The more detailed your answers, the more detailed their questions will be, but I never felt that they were digging into my privacy during the process.
After the HR interview, they will ask the supervisor to come and interview you. The waiting time is not long.
The questions are basically a standard Q&A, and the supervisor will ask additional questions depending on the situation to see how you respond.
※The following are the aspects of the interview that I thought were good※
1. They proactively explained that this is a traditional industrial environment.
2. They proactively explained that this is a sheet-metal building, so it will be cold in winter and hot in summer.
3. I asked what aspects I could improve on during the interview. The supervisor gave detailed explanations about what could be improved and how I could answer better.
4. They told applicants the unpleasant truths and actual conditions in advance, clearly letting them know that the company is choosing you, but you are also choosing the company.
(The idea that the company is choosing you, but you are also choosing the company, is especially important for people who are just entering the workforce.)
They may ask questions or probe a little more deeply during the interview, but it does not feel like they are digging into your privacy or being aggressive.
The supervisor proactively explained the areas where the company might not be as good, allowing applicants to make their own informed choice. Overall, the interview process was fairly pleasant.
They will also take you on a brief tour of the plant area.
If you are hired, you will be asked to prepare:
1. The original copy of your national ID card.
2. The original copy of your highest educational diploma.
3. One personal seal.
4. Two 1-inch, half-length, color photos without a hat.
5. A photocopy of the cover of your Mega International Commercial Bank passbook.
6. A certificate of resignation from your previous job.
7. Your military discharge certificate (not required for women).
8. A general physical examination and health checkup.
9. Personal reusable tableware.
1. The salary is not high.
2. It is a traditional industrial environment, so the work can be relatively tiring.
3. The plant is very strict about smoking. Since the industrial environment involves extensive use of oil, smoking is taken very seriously. This is something for smokers to keep in mind.
4. The workload is heavy, and overtime is the norm. If you also have to work on days when containers need to be unloaded, it will be even more tiring.
