The interviewer was very nice. It was a standard process: introducing myself, discussing my previous work experience, and so on. Oh, and I had to take a test first to assess my logic and attentiveness, although tests like this seem to be walking the line of legality XD. I immediately proceeded to a second interview, but there was a very long wait in between. The entire interview took nearly half a day..... Later, I just chatted with the boss.... I was offered the job, and thought I would give it a try, so I officially started working.
There is an overtime application system, but you can't actually use it ><. After a while, I noticed that the boss really likes to show up close to quitting time. It feels like they are watching who leaves work on time—and whoever does will suffer. They use emotional pressure to expect employees to devote their time to work, regardless of whether it is working hours or not. They are also somewhat emotional = =. It feels like this is why the company has such a high employee turnover rate. Anyone thinking of joining should think twice. The only thing I can say is that the relationships among the employees are very good, which is a plus!!
