- There are few barriers to entry, making it a beginner-friendly starting point for career changers with no experience
- Relaxed and comfortable work atmosphere; colleagues are young and easy to get along with
- The boss and managers are kind and approachable, with little preaching
- Learn about the ecosystem of the digital marketing industry
- Develop social media literacy from the content-production side, becoming more perceptive toward online discourse involving paid manipulation
- Poor communication efficiency: many meetings are forgotten, and no one records or carries out the conclusions; for most matters, saying it is tantamount to saying nothing
- Habitual cost-cutting: whether it concerns outsourcing or internal staffing costs, the company saves wherever possible, offering below-market rates while demanding a great deal
- High employee turnover (monthly turnover is 5%–10%; conservatively estimated at over 60% for the year). Although the atmosphere is young and fun, the lack of accumulation limits overall growth
- The company defines itself as a beginner village, focusing on recruiting newcomers and extracting the newcomer dividend during every annual graduation and job-switching season
- Employees are treated like disposable chopsticks that can simply be replaced when used up. There is neither the sincerity nor the system to retain mid-level talent through raises and promotions
- A time-manipulation rule exists whereby being one minute late equals being half an hour late
- You are better off changing jobs directly than expecting a raise or bonus from the company
- A pick-and-choose approach to policies: when calculating working hours, cutting wages, or exploiting employees, company policies exist; when it comes to decision-making and promotions, suddenly there are no company policies
- On the surface, it is a flat organization; in reality, there is a clearly visible yet impossible-to-cross invisible organizational hierarchy
- Work teams are not given real authority or trust. Everything requires approval from the organizational head, who is stretched too thin. Although proposals are not unreasonably rejected, decision-making and action are extremely slow
- If you cannot self-motivate to learn, grow, and accumulate tangible work results, there is no point in padding your résumé or title here. This is not a prestigious major-enterprise-type company, and the company has no systematic training program
A beginner village is still a beginner village. Once you have learned enough, get out quickly.
Don't stay here and humiliate yourself.
Even highly capable people usually do not stay.
There are generally only three kinds of people who stay for a long time:
1. Members of the company's ruling class
2. People of questionable ability whose legs have gone numb and who cannot get away
3. People with comfortable personalities who want to coast through life
