Not bad; there are employee meals. The colleagues are all easy to get along with. Regarding the work, lately you can see that the supervisor has been making every effort to improve the company’s systems and implement some reforms. It feels like the company is changing, and I hope this can continue. If the company can truly plan employee benefits and work systems, it really could get better and better.
