1. The HR person conducting the first interview seems like a college student who just graduated.

2. It depends on luck which team you join. If you're unlucky, you may end up in a department with poor management and a terrible environment.

3. Colleagues are distant and deliberately make things difficult for newcomers. You can count on one hand the number of people you might meet who are willing to treat you like a human being and speak to you properly.

4. If something goes wrong, supervisors will only pretend nothing happened (there may also be supervisors who take responsibility; I just didn't encounter any).

5. Overtime, overtime, overtime, overtime, overtime, overtime.

6. The lunch break is quite long, but some people continue working during it.

7. Even after you submit your resignation, HR will still gossip about you with colleagues from other teams—and in a particularly nasty way.

8. There are a great many interview rounds, but they only ask the same questions, which is a huge waste of time.

9. There are many problems at the factory, but the business team has to shoulder them all themselves.

10. As soon as newcomers join, they are not taken seriously. Even if you have a problem with your computer, contacting IT does not necessarily mean anyone will help you.
