Free lunch; a relaxed work environment
The pay is very low, and there is basically no system for raises or promotions. HR, which gets paid without doing much, needs improvement.
There are many people, but the organization is extremely chaotic. Responsibilities are unclear, team communication is time-consuming and difficult, and managers make decisions recklessly, leaving everyone to constantly put out fires afterward and become mentally and physically exhausted.
One person is made to do the work of three, only to be nitpicked and criticized afterward.
If you expect an annual salary of over 700,000, basically don't come to the interview—it would be a waste of time.
