The pay is very low, and there is basically no system for raises or promotions. HR, which gets paid without doing much, needs improvement.

One person is made to do the work of three, only to be nitpicked and criticized afterward.

If you expect an annual salary of over 700,000, basically don't come to the interview—it would be a waste of time.
