Free lunch, flexible work environment
The pay is very low, and there is basically no system for raises or promotions. HR employees collect their salaries without contributing much and need improvement.
There are many people, but the organization is extremely chaotic. Responsibilities are unclear, team communication is time-consuming and difficult, and managers make decisions recklessly, leaving everyone to constantly put out fires and becoming mentally and physically exhausted.
One person is expected to do the work of three, and then gets nitpicked and criticized afterward.
If you expect an annual salary above 700,000, basically don't bother coming to the interview—it would be a waste of time.
