You can leave whenever you want
During the interview, the boss’s values were jaw-dropping.
Right from the start, he bluntly asked:
What profits can you bring to the company?
Why should the company train you?
At the very least, you should pay your tuition first before we talk.
Before anything had even begun, he just kept rambling on and talking to himself.
He even asked whether I was married.
He presumptuously drew conclusions about young people.
Finally, he asked what I wanted to know.
I asked about the company’s benefits and the salary bracket used for labor and health insurance enrollment.
He acted as if he’d gone crazy,
and then kept rambling on about how he hated interviewees asking all sorts of questions.
If there are no benefits, just resign.
Stop asking such stupid questions.
After the whole interview, it was pretty clear that this was the extent of the boss’s level.
