Bureaucratic culture
Started with a self-introduction
Halfway through, the supervisor interrupted
and began asking about what he wanted to know:
work experience,
place of residence,
software used,
whether I could work overtime,
how well I handle pressure, and so on.
After that, he forgot that he was supposed to introduce himself.
The whole thing took around 30 minutes.
The benefits were just standard labor and health insurance, plus the three holiday bonuses.
There is no guarantee of a year-end bonus;
it depends on performance.
The supervisor is the one who evaluates performance.
The supervisor said the turnover rate here is high
and that newcomers do not tend to stay.
Anyone considering joining can take this as a reference,
after all, there is overtime every day,
and he is also the one who evaluates performance.
It is easy to end up having to watch his mood to decide how to work.
The hierarchy and job grades inside are very clearly divided.
You need to reach a certain level before you have any say.
