Pros

The boss is extremely good at talking about dreams, making you feel during the interview that success is actually so close. Only after joining the company do you realize that everyone was brainwashed into coming here. They tell you one thing today and change it the next, letting you know what it means for orders to change from morning to night. Every unspoken rule of sales work is here: no fuel allowance, no attendance bonus, no phone bill subsidy, no overtime pay, and no compensatory leave. You have to arrive an hour early in the morning unconditionally; you get fined for being late, and being half an hour late is counted as half a day of absence. They teach you how to use different identities to obtain other people's information, how to disguise contracts that only benefit the company with legal clauses, how to treat competitors as enemies, and how to inflate prices excessively for inexperienced customers. But! He still tells you that the company is a company with principles: you can give customers kickbacks, but you must not let the company lose money. If you do not collect payment from a customer, he will tell you to have it deducted directly from your salary, and so on. In short, the advantage is that your legs belong to you—run!

Cons

Violating the Labor Standards Act is this company's most basic principle. It starts with deliberately refusing to enroll employees in labor and health insurance. Then you are required to clock in an hour early every day. They tell you that this is flexible working time, but you cannot lie down and sleep or use your phone. Honestly, it feels like they are hiring civil servants, not salespeople. The boss decides the sales results. If the team gets a case today and he assigns it to you, then you get a bonus; otherwise, you cannot ask him for one, or it is considered stealing. All the good sales territories are held by the veterans—but not all veterans are treated equally. The company tells the veterans that as long as they bring in sales, that is enough; everyone else is just waiting for them to throw them scraps to eat. Every day you run around outside just to find ignorant members of the public willing to believe the scripts they have prepared, saying things like they will manage their money for them. In short, it is just a scam. Then, when you come back, they give you motivational platitudes, saying that this is simply the norm in the industry. Finally, one thing I want to say is that the boss really makes a lot of money. I hear he has bought a wonderful office and many properties and so on, but a whole lot of us are still struggling every month, wondering whether we should take on a part-time job just to get through the month.
