Pros

Punctual working hours

Cons

The turnover rate among this company’s senior managers is extremely high—every time one takes office, they introduce a new system, and each one is a nuisance. They let the middle and junior managers underneath them do whatever they want. They do not focus on production technology, concentrating instead on other things. Their R&D capabilities are not very good, and the products they make have low yields. There are many customer complaints, and the products are difficult to handle. Even the company’s own employees are reluctant to buy them. Other companies have been using AOI automated lens inspection for many years, but this company is still doing manual inspections. Production-line supervisors like to use their phones and do their own things during working hours (guess what). When problems are reported, they consider them minor issues (only their own matters are important). Production-line supervisors tend to target people rather than address the issue. The supervisor who was recently promoted is even more outrageous—it makes you wonder whether they are deliberately trying to bring the company down. They are extremely petty and refuse to listen to others’ opinions, making the entire production line chaotic. Their leadership skills were already poor when they were a team leader, and the employee turnover rate on their team was extremely high. Even after being promoted, they have not improved their poor leadership, resulting in soaring turnover across the entire production line. Apparently, all it takes to get promoted is being good at talking to upper management. The company’s salaries are adjusted about once in a blue moon. Recently, the company only adjusted salaries or granted promotions after all its talent had left. New hires are now mostly dispatched workers, and the way they work is strange. The year-end bonus gets smaller every year—this year it was only 0.2 months’ salary. Capable employees have to learn many stations, while those who are less capable only have to learn one. Capable employees are not paid more and may even be paid less. The company’s policies change several times a day, with no principles. That is the peculiar thing about this company.
