The department head who conducted the interview was okay, but the manager was arrogant and obnoxious, finding fault with everything.

As a manager at a traditional manufacturing company, they seemed to think they were in a top-tier technology company. They couldn’t offer much money but demanded a lot, and after criticizing you, they asked when you could start.

I declined the offer.

With people like this at the top, no wonder the EPS is so miserable.
