Several managers, all the way up to the department head, interviewed me at once. Besides asking in detail about my previous job, they also kept asking intrusive personal questions.

They asked about my parents' jobs, then asked how much filial support I give them each month. Even though the salary they offer isn't much, they made the interview into such a grand and self-righteous affair.
