The interview was very long.
There was a questionnaire to complete, and the conversation also lasted a long time.
The interviewing supervisor was very detail-oriented and polite.
The atmosphere among the employees was fairly friendly. At least, if you randomly asked anyone for directions, they were all polite and happy to help.
Although it is an old company, the boss works hard to foster a youthful and energetic team atmosphere.
This is a company with ideals, led by a boss with ideas.
The salary is not high, but it is still acceptable.
In manufacturing, it is normal for costs to be scrutinized and for things to be complicated and roundabout. As a result, you may see an unexpectedly low base salary in the salary structure, followed by various additions and allowances, and only then see your target salary—and it may still fall short by just a tiny bit. Be mentally prepared in advance, and you will not be disappointed.
