Workplace reviews and discussion: 歐特儀股份有限公司

Convenient transportation, the HR person is a fat otaku, seems to be having a really hard time, probably the one who has held on the longest. If you go for an interview, give them plenty of encouragement.

I saw a lot of negative reviews online and originally didn’t want to go for an interview, but I still wanted to see for myself.

When the boss came in to talk, they were completely talking past each other. It felt like they hadn’t done any preparation at all. Even though they were clearly looking for a non-technical person, they kept asking whether the candidate had a technical background. Rejecting people so casually is very disrespectful. It also feels like a terrible job with a lot of office politics. Anyone going for an interview should think carefully about whether they want to waste their time.
