1. Everyone is very nice, and the work atmosphere is harmonious, with no internal conflict or senior employees bullying newcomers.
2. Overtime is paid (calculated in 15-minute increments), and the company strictly complies with labor regulations. Leave is easy to request, and remote work may also be proposed depending on the circumstances.
3. There is a learning and book-purchase subsidy every quarter, subject to prior approval by a supervisor.
1. The salary and benefits are very low compared with the market level. The profit-sharing and performance bonus mechanisms are unclear, and salary increases are minimal—essentially no different from having none.
2. The boss appears to treat employees well on the surface, but is extremely calculating in private and rather scheming, resulting in no genuine trust between management and employees.
3. Because there are multiple founders, policy decisions are divided, resulting in too many people giving orders and low efficiency.
4. Overtime pay is provided, but because the base salary is low, the amount is not substantial. Apart from what is required by labor regulations, the company is generally quite stingy.
5. The boss likes to make grand claims (such as how much revenue the company makes each year and how much money it earned this month), but is reluctant to give employees what was promised, creating the impression that they say one thing and do another.
