1 This is a moving company—not one that helps people move, but one that is moving around all day long.
2 As long as you have good relationships, even if your professionalism is inadequate, you won’t be fired. The company takes very good care of its employees—after all, how could anyone be fired just for lacking professionalism?

4 As long as you do things that contribute to your KPIs, you can steadily get promoted and receive raises.
