Just do your own work.
1. Benefits fees are collected, but it is unclear what the funds are actually used for.
2. Unwilling to listen to the voices of frontline employees (especially executive assistants).
3. I have been with the company for over two years, and the bonus system keeps changing (with no transparency).
4. New employee training feels very perfunctory. For some equipment I have never used before, they send you directly to the site and have you call your supervisor to ask questions, which seriously undermines the level of professionalism presented to clients.
5. High turnover means there are no good communication channels between departments.
6. Employees lack a sense of cohesion because the executive assistants overstep their authority, so everyone just wants to do their assigned work.
7. Raises really depend on the supervisor’s mood, while there can be many reasons for deductions in pay.
