I used to work here. I’ve seen many people write positive reviews, as well as some negative ones, and I’d like to say something fair. The company is indeed very frugal, considering costs in every aspect—that’s how it has been able to keep moving forward in this competitive era!

If the company were really bad, how could some people have worked there until retirement and received generous pensions? The company takes very good care of its senior employees and also helps colleagues who are facing difficulties. I recently heard that the managers who only criticized the company while drawing high salaries and accomplishing nothing have left. I think that is a blessing for them!

There used to be a female supervisor. I think health-related issues may have affected her emotional control, causing many colleagues to misunderstand her. However, she has now retired. As far as I understand, those negative evaluations no longer apply. Although I have left, I still wish all my former colleagues at Shih Teh Industrial lasting happiness!
