Pros

There are free drinks during meetings.

It seems that apart from this benefit, there aren't any others. @@

Cons

1. From the moment you join the company, your salary is never calculated correctly. Every month, there are calculation errors and incorrect payments. The labor and health insurance is also always insured at the minimum level. They only start adjusting it every month after suddenly realizing they are being watched, so the deductions are different every month, leaving employees confused, and even the people calculating the money don't understand the situation.

2. The staff lunch is really awful. The seasoning is very strange—it's very salty, spicy, or sweet.... The meat is tough, dry, and hard.... The taste, smell, and appearance are truly zero points... Everyone who has eaten it is terrified..... They even serve expired food.... Leftovers from the previous day are also given to students and employees to eat...... I heard that the boss used to eat boxed lunches from outside. @@

3. They deliberately split your salary into a “quarterly bonus.” For example, if your monthly salary is NT$45,000, they only pay NT$40,000 on payday, and the remaining NT$5,000 is paid together with the salary three months later. So that means NT$5,000 × 3 months = NT$15,000.... You have to wait three months to receive that NT$15,000.... And not everyone gets it either. If the female boss thinks you are easy to fool, she will call you over to sign a document. Signing it means that your salary is split this way.... They even make it sound good... They will tell you that experts say..... this will reduce the company's turnover rate....

4. Salaries are often paid late. If there is a holiday, payment is delayed even further. Many companies pay early when payday falls on a holiday, but this one is extremely strange and delays payment... It's bad enough that they pay late, but they also pay the wrong amount... And when they pay the wrong amount, they don't make up the difference within the same month... They delay it until the following month or even longer (because the calculations are wrong every month... everything is a mess.. you have to understand your own salary so you won't be taken advantage of).

5. The boss never understands the situation, doesn't know everyone personally, and doesn't know what position you hold or what you do. He can't handle serious matters and only ever gives motivational speeches... It's hilarious.

The female boss controls everyone and can reassign your position at any time. If you don't obey, she will force you to resign or directly tell you to get lost. Salaries are also paid arbitrarily. People who work seriously and work themselves to death with overtime every day don't get a single penny in overtime pay, while people who inexplicably can't do much work keep getting raises. @@

6. The turnover rate is unbelievably, extraordinarily high. There is practically no handover. They randomly reassign your position. You may have joined as a hygiene management staff member and suddenly be told to work in procurement, human resources, accounting.... Then they hire a new person to take your position, or transfer you elsewhere even when you are doing your job well.... It leaves the staff constantly unsettled.... It is truly frightening~ Don't assume that if you applied for a procurement position, you will actually be a procurement employee when you join. @@ Later, after too many people found out.... the company even tells you during interviews... that there will be job training and that you will try different positions, so transfers may occur. @@

7. This place has no sense of loyalty toward employees who have worked for five, six, or even more years. This company does not regard employees as assets; it treats them like migrant workers. You do whatever they tell you to do: if they tell you to calculate salaries, you calculate salaries; if they tell you to be an accountant and issue invoices, you issue invoices.... They act one way in front of people and another behind their backs.

8. As soon as the company notices that you are someone who normally leaves work on time, it seems to think something is wrong. They will assign you additional work, because they only consider things normal when they see you working overtime... There is no overtime pay here. A lot of work cannot be finished... and you have to take it home to do.. Accountants even come in to work for free on holidays....

9. The company does not have a nutritionist prepare the menus. @@ Because nutritionists cannot be retained, and the company won't hire nutritionist assistants for the unfinished work, the nutritionist absolutely has to work overtime!

10. To save money, the company has even improperly canceled the labor and health insurance of many kitchen workers and drivers, resulting in one kitchen worker discovering after being injured that they were not insured.........

11. Leave records are not maintained. This is a company that cannot even keep track of how many days of annual leave you have. Everything is written on forms; if the form disappears and you don't remember how many annual leave days you had, you're screwed~ You won't even know how many days you were cheated out of!

12. Because the turnover rate is so high, the positions are a complete mess, and the people doing the training don't understand the situation. @@ It's extremely laughable.... Some positions don't even have a handover..... because there is simply no time for one..... People announce their resignations well in advance..... but the company won't promptly recruit replacements..... It only emotionally blackmails employees who want to resign.... It even tells employees...(If you want to leave immediately..... I can't say anything..... but I believe you aren't that unethical)..... Even when you have given notice according to the time required by the Labor Standards Act, the company still says things like this...

13. Anyone thinking of joining really needs to think twice...... There is so much more.... I can't finish explaining it all....... Take care... good night.. I'm tired...
