They are really good at painting grand visions for employees, filling them with motivation at the beginning.

1. They really do just paint those grand visions—the visions are only as good as the picture. Just listen and take it with a grain of salt.

2. The more capable you are, the more work you get—and the more overworked you become.

3. The bonus system is unclear. There are no standards or detailed breakdowns; bonuses are determined entirely by upper management's discretion and have almost decreased year after year.

4. The one thing that never changes at this company is that it is always changing.

5. Most importantly, most importantly... the managers hired by the company are always strange. They are not professionals, but rather a bunch of clueless people pretending to understand and acting cocky—mindless managers who always make simple things extremely complicated and then pretend they are highly capable managers. They are truly a group of narrow-minded managers who know nothing beyond their own limited perspective.

6. We have no idea where these parachuted-in management teams come from. They are truly outsiders watching the spectacle!!!

7. The employee turnover rate is extremely high, especially at headquarters. Do the managers never think about why the turnover rate is so high? If the turnover rate is high, should they still be managers? They never know how to reflect on themselves!!!

8. In summary, the work itself is not bad. The main reason people want to quit is the bunch of mindless managers who treat each employee according to their mood

(except for some employees who flatter them).
